    Direct-to-charger connection for DC fast charging assemblies. The HJ-EV-CE02 is the heavy-duty link between your station’s power modules and the vehicle’s inlet. We focus on the two things that matter most in high-power DC: thermal stability at 250A and long-term cable flexibility. This is a component built for high-uptime charging networks where cable failure isn’t an option.

    1.Reliable Handshake & PLC Stability

    DC charging fails when the communication is weak. Our internal signal lines are specifically shielded to prevent the 1000V DC power lines from interfering with the PLC (Power Line Communication) signal. This means faster “start-up” times and fewer aborted sessions for your users.

    2.Low-Resistance Power Contacts

    At 200A or 250A, heat is the enemy. We use high-grade copper alloy pins with thick silver plating. This keeps contact resistance below 0.5mΩ, significantly reducing heat buildup at the plug-in point and protecting the vehicle’s charging port from thermal stress.

    3.TPU Jacket—Engineered for Real Winters

    Cheap cables turn into rigid pipes in the cold. Our TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) jacket stays flexible down to -30°C. It’s easy for users to handle and much harder to damage via abrasion or accidental drive-overs compared to standard PVC.

    4.Sealing That Lowers Maintenance

    The connector head is built to IP55 specs. It prevents water and dust from reaching the high-voltage pins, which is the #1 cause of insulation faults in outdoor charging plazas.
