HJ-EV-F04 | 60kW - 80kW Compact DC Fast Charger

The HJ-EV-F04 is a specialized DC charging station engineered for sites where floor space is at a premium. Unlike standard wide-body chargers, the F04 features a “Deep but Narrow” profile. By placing both charging connectors on the front panel, it allows for installation in tight corridors or between pillars where side-access would be impossible. If your project has limited installation width but requires high-speed DC performance, the F04 is the dedicated solution.

The chassis width is intentionally minimized to fit into narrow spaces. This “slim” footprint makes it ideal for urban parking garages, side-alleys, or compact fleet depots where every inch of driveway width matters.

2.Front-Access Connectors

Both charging guns are positioned on the front of the unit. This ensures that drivers can easily pull and return the cables even if the charger is tucked into a deep, narrow bay or positioned close to a wall.

3.Optimized Power Output

FAQs

Why is the power limited to 80kW?
To achieve the ultra-narrow cabinet width, we optimized the internal cooling and module layout. This 60kW/80kW range ensures the station remains reliable and doesn't overheat in the tight spaces it was designed for.
Can I still get a dual-connector version in this slim size?
Yes. The F04 comes standard as a Dual-Connector unit. It intelligently shares the 60kW or 80kW power between two vehicles, or provides full power to a single vehicle if only one is plugged in.
Is the front-facing design better for cable management?
Yes. By having the guns on the front, the cables don't stick out from the sides, which prevents them from being hit by passing vehicles in narrow driveways or alleys.
