FAQs

Can this handle 22kW on both connectors at the same time?
Yes, provided your site has the necessary 400V/64A input. If the total power is limited, the station’s controller can be set to share the available current between the two connectors to avoid tripping the main breaker.
We use a specific local backend—will the OCPP handshake work?
We assist with the initial configuration. Our engineers will check the JSON logs from your CMS and adjust the station’s heartbeat and meter value intervals to ensure your billing system captures every kWh correctly.
What is the lead time for custom branding?
For custom RAL colors and silkscreening, it typically adds 1-2 weeks to the standard production cycle. We handle everything in-house to ensure the finish meets the same IP54/IK10 standards as the original unit.
