    CCS1 charging cable designed for integration into high-output DC fast chargers. Engineered to handle the thermal stress of rapid energy transfer, this cable features a precision-molded CCS1 connector and a high-spec tail end for direct termination to your charger’s power modules and controller.

    Moving high DC current generates significant thermal energy. The HJ-EV-CA02 utilizes oversized, high-conductivity copper alloy terminals with thick silver plating. This design minimizes contact resistance at the vehicle interface, ensuring that heat is kept well within safe operational limits even during sustained high-amperage charging sessions.

    2.Performance-Grade TPU Jacket

    For DC fast chargers, the cable is the most vulnerable component. We use a Heavy-Duty TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) jacket that balances rugged protection with flexibility. It is resistant to the crushing weight of vehicle tires, oil exposure, and UV radiation. Even in freezing conditions (-30°C), the cable remains manageable, reducing the physical strain on your customers.
