HJ-EV-F08 | Dual-Sided 4-Gun DC Fast Charger (120kW - 480kW)

The HJ-EV-F08 is built for high-density parking layouts where space and cable reach are major constraints. This station features a dual-sided design with four charging connectors: two on the front and two on the back. By placing this unit in the middle of two rows of parking stalls, a single charger can serve four vehicles simultaneously from both sides. This symmetrical layout reduces the cost of electrical trenching and maximizes the number of charging points per square meter.

1.Symmetrical 4-Gun Layout

Both the front and rear panels are equipped with two connectors. These guns are inserted at a slight outward angle, making them easier to pull and return without the cables getting tangled or blocking the side walkways.

2.Simultaneous Quad-Charging

The internal power bank is modular and can manage four active sessions at once. It automatically balances the kilowatt output across all four connectors based on the real-time battery needs of each connected vehicle.

3.Dual-Door Service Access

To simplify maintenance, the cabinet is designed with full-height doors on both the front and back. Technicians can access the power modules, breakers, and controllers from either side, which is essential when the unit is installed in tight parking dividers.

4.Global Protocol Support

We can configure the four ports with any combination of CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, or GB/T. This allows one station to serve a mixed fleet of European, American, and Asian electric vehicles at the same time.

  • Back-to-Back Parking:Best suited for the center islands of commercial parking lots. It serves vehicles parked in opposite directions without requiring additional ground space for extra chargers.

  • Finishing Options:We offer four standard factory colors (Black, Red, Blue, Grey/White) and support custom RAL color matching. Your logo can be silkscreened on both the front and back panels for 360-degree branding.

FAQs

Does it actually provide full power to all four guns?
The total capacity (e.g., 480kW) is shared. If only one or two cars are plugged in, the system concentrates the modules to provide maximum speed. When four cars are plugged in, it distributes the power evenly or based on demand.
Can we install this against a wall?
We do not recommend it. Because this model has connectors and maintenance doors on both sides, it performs best when placed in an open area or between two rows of cars so you can use all four guns and access the doors easily.
Is the 7-inch screen sufficient for four guns?
The interface is designed to toggle between the four charging sessions clearly. It provides real-time data for each gun so the user can see their specific charging status, cost, and energy delivered.
